General
Code- The stock ticker symbol.
Type- The type of equity, such as Common Stock or Preferred Stock.
Name- The company name.
Exchange- the exchange code identifier for the stock exchange where this ticker is listed (this is NOT to be interpreted as "primary exchange").
CurrencyCode- The three-letter ISO 4217 currency code used for trading this stock (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP).
CurrencyName- The full name of the trading currency.
CurrencySymbol- The standard currency symbol (e.g., $ for USD, £ for GBP, € for EUR).
CountryName- The country where the stock exchange is located.
CountryISO- The ISO country code.
OpenFigi- The Open Financial Instrument Global Identifier (FIGI) code.
ISIN- International Securities Identification Number. This identifier may be shared between different ticker symbols for the same company traded on different exchanges.
LEI- Legal Entity Identifier. A unique 20-character code used to identify legal entities that participate in financial transactions.
PrimaryTicker- The primary ticker symbol for this company. For example, AAPL.US would be the primary ticker for APC.XETRA.
CUSIP- Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures number, used for US and Canadian stocks.
CIK- Central Index Key, a unique identifier assigned by the SEC to US and Canadian companies.
FiscalYearEnd- The month and day when the company's fiscal year ends (e.g., "12-31" for December 31).
EmployerIdNumber- The Employer Identification Number (EIN) assigned by the IRS to identify business entities for tax purposes.
IPODate- The date when the company first went public through an Initial Public Offering.
InternationalDomestic- Indicates whether the company is domestic or international relative to the US market.
Sector- The broad economic sector the company operates in.
Industry- The specific industry classification for the company.
GicSector- Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) sector classification.
GicGroup- Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) industry group classification.
GicIndustry- Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) industry classification.
GicSubIndustry- Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) sub-industry classification.
HomeCategory- Classification category for US stock tickers, such as ADR, Canadian, Domestic, CEF, ETD, ETN, or Warrant, with variations like Primary, Secondary, or Preferred.
IsDelisted- Indicates whether the stock has been delisted (true) or is still actively traded (false). Only available for US stocks.
DelistedDate- The last date when trading data is available for delisted stocks. Only shown for US stocks that have been delisted.
Description- A brief description of the company and its business activities.
Address- The company's headquarters address.
AddressData- The company address broken down into structured fields (street, city, state, country, etc.).
Listings- All stock exchange listings for this company worldwide, with details for each listing.
Officers- List of company officers and executives, including their titles and roles.
Phone- The company's main phone number.
WebURL- The company's official website URL.
LogoURL- The relative URL path to obtain the company logo. Combine with the base API URL (https://api.leeway.tech/api/v1/public) to get the full logo URL.
FullTimeEmployees- The most recent known number of full-time employees at the company.
UpdatedAt- The date when the fundamentals data for this ticker was last updated. For active tickers, the Highlights, SharesStats, and Valuation sections may reference this as their last update date.
Highlights
MarketCapitalization- The total market value of all outstanding shares, calculated by multiplying the current stock price by the total number of shares outstanding.
MarketCapitalizationMln- Market capitalization expressed in millions.
EBITDA- Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization for the trailing twelve months (TTM).
PERatio- Price-to-Earnings ratio, calculated using trailing twelve months (TTM) earnings.
PEGRatio- Price-to-Earnings Growth ratio, based on 5-year expected earnings growth.
WallStreetTargetPrice- The average year-end price target from top security analysts. For non-US stocks, the currency matches the company's home country currency, not necessarily the trading currency.
BookValue- Book value per share, calculated as (total assets minus total liabilities) divided by shares outstanding, based on the most recent quarter (MRQ).
DividendShare- The total amount of dividends paid per share over the trailing twelve months (TTM).
DividendYield- Annual dividend yield percentage, calculated as (DividendShare divided by current price) for the trailing twelve months (TTM).
EarningsShare- Diluted earnings per share for the trailing twelve months (TTM).
EPSEstimateCurrentYear- Analyst estimate for earnings per share in the current fiscal year.

EnterpriseValue- Enterprise value, calculated as market capitalization plus total debt and minority interest, minus cash and equivalents. Currency matches the company's financial reporting currency.
EnterpriseValueRevenue- Enterprise value divided by revenue, showing how many years of revenue it would take to pay for the company.
EnterpriseValueEbitda- Enterprise value divided by EBITDA, a common valuation metric for comparing companies.
SharesStats
SharesOutstanding- The current number of shares issued and held by stockholders. For companies with multiple share classes, this shows only the shares for this specific ticker, while other fields may show all share classes combined.
SharesFloat- The number of shares available for public trading, excluding restricted or closely held shares.
PercentInsiders- The percentage of shares owned by company insiders (executives, directors, etc.).
PercentInstitutions- The percentage of shares owned by institutional investors (mutual funds, pension funds, etc.).
Technicals
Beta- The 5-year levered beta, measuring stock volatility relative to the country's main market indices. A beta of 1 means the stock moves with the market.
52WeekHigh- The highest price reached during the past 52 weeks, adjusted for stock splits and dividends.
52WeekLow- The lowest price reached during the past 52 weeks, adjusted for stock splits and dividends.
50DayMA- The 50-day simple moving average of the stock price.
200DayMA- The 200-day simple moving average of the stock price.
SharesShort- The current number of shares sold short by investors.
SharesShortPriorMonth- The number of shares sold short one month ago.
ShortRatio- The short interest ratio, calculated as shorted shares divided by the average daily trading volume over the past 30 days.
ShortPercent- The percentage of shares outstanding that are sold short. Multiply by 100 to get the percentage (e.g., 0.00150 = 0.15%).
SplitsDividends
ForwardAnnualDividendRate- The expected annual dividend payment per share in currency terms, calculated as price multiplied by forward annual dividend yield.
ForwardAnnualDividendYield- The expected annual dividend yield percentage, calculated as expected dividends divided by current price.
PayoutRatio- The percentage of net income paid out as dividends to common shareholders over the trailing twelve months (TTM). Calculated from the sum of the last 4 quarters of dividends divided by net income.
DividendDate- The most recent date when a dividend was paid to shareholders.
ExDividendDate- The most recent ex-dividend date, which is the date when the stock begins trading without the dividend.
LastSplitFactor- The ratio of the most recent stock split (e.g., "2:1" means 2 new shares for every 1 old share).
LastSplitDate- The date of the most recent stock split.
NumberDividendsByYear- The number of dividend payments made each year, broken down by year in sub-fields.
AnalystRatings
Rating- Analyst consensus rating on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 = Strong Sell and 5 = Strong Buy.
TargetPrice- The average analyst price target for the stock one year from today.
StrongBuy- The number of analysts who rate this security as Strong Buy.
Buy- The number of analysts who rate this security as Buy.
Hold- The number of analysts who rate this security as Hold.
Sell- The number of analysts who rate this security as Sell.
StrongSell- The number of analysts who rate this security as Strong Sell.
Holders
Institutions or Funds- The type of holder, either an institution or a fund.
name- The name of the institution or fund holding the shares.
date- The date of the reported holding position.
totalShares- The percentage of the ticker's outstanding shares held by this institution or fund.
totalAssets- The percentage of the institution's total assets represented by these shares.
currentShares- The current number of shares held.
change- The change in the number of shares held compared to the previous quarter.
change_p- The percentage change in shares held compared to the previous quarter.
InsiderTransactions
date- The date of the insider transaction.
ownerCik- The Central Index Key (CIK) code of the transaction owner, if available.
ownerName- The name of the person who executed the transaction.
transactionDate- The date when the transaction occurred (same as date field).
transactionCode- Transaction type code: "S" for sale, "P" for purchase.

beforeAfterMarket- Indicates when earnings were reported: "BeforeMarket" (before market open), "AfterMarket" (after market close), or null (unknown).
epsActual- The actual non-GAAP earnings per share reported by the company.
epsEstimate- The analyst consensus estimate for earnings per share before the earnings release.
epsDifference- The difference between actual and estimated EPS (actual minus estimate).
surprisePercent- The percentage surprise, calculated as (actual EPS minus estimated EPS) divided by estimated EPS.
Trend- Historical earnings predictions and estimates over time.

epsActual- The sum of the four quarterly EPS values for the calendar year.
Financials
currency_symbol- The currency symbol used in the financial report.
quarterly or yearly- Indicates whether the data is quarterly or annual.
date- The end date of the reporting period.
filing_date- The date when the financial report was filed with regulatory authorities.
totalAssets- The total value of all assets owned by the company.
intangibleAssets- Assets without physical form that provide long-term value. Examples include intellectual property, brand recognition, customer relationships, and goodwill.
earningAssets- Income-producing investments held by the company, such as stocks, bonds, rental properties, certificates of deposit, and other interest or dividend-earning accounts.
otherCurrentAssets- Other valuable assets that can be converted to cash within one business cycle (typically one year).
totalLiab- The total amount of debts and obligations owed to external parties, calculated as current liabilities plus non-current liabilities.
totalStockholderEquity- The residual value of assets after all liabilities are paid, calculated as total assets minus total liabilities.
deferredLongTermLiab- deferred tax liability is a type of long-term liability incurred when a company postpones paying taxes on certain types of accounting income. The amount of the liability is the difference between a company's taxable income and its accounting or book income.
otherCurrentLiab- the current liabilities (due within 12 months) that are insignificant separately, but are clumped together on the company's liabilities.
commonStock- same as capitalStock.
capitalStock- the total amount of common and preferred shares that a company is authorized to issue, according to its corporate charter. Capital stock can only be issued by the company and is the maximum number of shares that can ever be outstanding.
retainedEarnings- same as retainedEarningsTotalEquity. The amount of profit a company has left over after paying all its direct costs, indirect costs, income taxes and its dividends to shareholders.
otherLiab- all balance sheet liability accounts not covered specifically in other areas of the supervisory activity.
goodWill- an intangible asset that is associated with the purchase of one company by another. It represents value that can give the acquiring company a competitive advantage. The value of a company's name, brand reputation, loyal customer base, solid customer service, good employee relations, and proprietary technology represent aspects of goodwill. This value is why one company may pay a premium for another.
otherAssets- same as nonCurrrentAssetsOther.
cash- the fields cash and cashAndEquivalents are interchangeable for US tickers, the latter being a later addition to the template. For other exchanges, this may differ in some cases, and "cash" will only have the cash figure.

OR: shortTermDebt + shortLongTermDebtTotal + otherCurrentLiab. OR: totalCurrentLiabilities = totalLiab – nonCurrentLiabilitiesTotal.
currentDeferredRevenue- the deferred revenue liability, current to the period. It can be used in place of deferred liability.
netDebt- a metric that shows how much debt a company has on its balance sheet compared to its liquid assets. netDebt = shortTermDebt + longTermDebtTotal – cash.
shortTermDebt- Short-term debt refers to any debt that is due within one year or less. This may include loans, credit card balances, and other obligations that are expected to be paid off within the next 12 months. For some companies, this number represents the current capital lease obligations.
shortLongTermDebt- the Short/Current Long-Term Debt (current portion of the long term debt).
shortLongTermDebtTotal- may differ between companies: longTermDebt/longTermDebtTotal + shortTermDebt / + shortLongTermDebt / = shortLongTermDebtTotal.
otherStockholderEquity- may correspond to accumulatedOtherComprehensiveIncome with some companies, or may differ for others.
propertyPlantEquipment- same as propertyPlantAndEquipmentNet.
totalCurrentAssets- the sum of all current assets. totalCurrentAssets = cashAndEquivalents + shortTermInvestments + netReceivables +inventory + otherCurrentAssets.
longTermInvestments- marketable securities.
netTangibleAssets- the total physical assets of a company minus all intangible assets and liabilities.
shortTermInvestments- marketable securities.
netReceivables- the total money owed to a company by its customers minus the money owed that will likely never be paid.
longTermDebt- any debt that is due in more than one year.
inventory- raw materials used to produce goods as well as the goods that are available for sale.
accountsPayable- amounts due to vendors or suppliers for goods or services received that have not yet been paid for.
totalPermanentEquity- the sum of paid in capital and net income less any distributions.
noncontrollingInterestInConsolidatedEntity- minority interest in the balance sheet.
temporaryEquityRedeemableNoncontrollingInterests- an ownership stake in a corporation, with the investors owning a minority interest and having less influence over how the company is managed.
accumulatedOtherComprehensiveIncome- same as otherStockholderEquity.
additionalPaidInCapital- the difference between the par value of a stock and the price that investors actually pay for it.
commonStockTotalEquity- the total amount of all investments in a company made by common equity investors, including the total value of all shares of common stock, plus retained earnings and additional paid-in capital.
preferredStockTotalEquity- the total amount of all investments in a company made by preferred equity investors.
retainedEarningsTotalEquity- same as retainedEarnings.
treasuryStock- the portion of a company's shares that are held by its treasury and not available to the public.
accumulatedAmortization- the cumulative amount of all amortization expenses that has been charged against an intangible asset.
nonCurrrentAssetsOther- same as otherAssets. noncurrent assets are long-term and have a useful life of more than a year.
deferredLongTermAssetCharges- long-term prepaid expenses that are carried as an asset on a balance sheet until used/consumed.
nonCurrentAssetsTotal- noncurrent assets are long-term and have a useful life of more than a year.
capitalLeaseObligations- long-term (non-current) amount of hire charges or rent owed by the lessee to the lessor for taking capital assets on hire under a capital lease.
longTermDebtTotal- may be same as longTermDebt for some companies, or longTermDebt + capitalLeaseObligations for others.
nonCurrentLiabilitiesOther- a part of non-current liabilities that is not directly classifiable.
nonCurrentLiabilitiesTotal- the debts that a business owes, but isn't due to pay for at least 12 months. nonCurrentLiabilitiesTotal = totalLiab – totalCurrentLiabilities.
negativeGoodwill- negative goodwill, also known as bargain purchase gain, occurs when the fair value of the net assets acquired in a merger or acquisition exceeds the purchase price.
warrants- the amount of derivatives that give the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell a security – most commonly an equity – at a certain price before expiration.
preferredStockRedeemable- a type of preferred stock that allows the issuer to buy back the stock at a certain price and retire it, thereby converting the stock to treasury stock.
capitalSurpluse- the surplus resulting after common stock is sold for more than its par value.
liabilitiesAndStockholdersEquity- same as totalAssets: liabilitiesAndStockholdersEquity = totalLiab + totalStockholderEquity.
cashAndShortTermInvestments- cash and short term investments.
propertyPlantAndEquipmentGross- gross PPE,
propertyPlantAndEquipmentNet- net PPE, same as propertyPlantEquipment.
accumulatedDepreciation- the total amount an asset has been depreciated up until a single point.
netWorkingCapital- (totalCurrentAssets – cash) – (totalCurrentLiabilities – shortLongTermDebtTotal).
netInvestedCapital- the total amount of money that a company spends on capital assets, minus the cost of the depreciation of those assets.
commonStockSharesOutstanding- the shares of common stock that have been issued minus any shares of common stock known as treasury stock. This is the weighted average diluted number (the total number of shares if the convertible securities of a company were exercised) used for EPS calculations.
quarterly or yearly- self-explanatory.
date- the date of the end of the corresponding period.
filing_date- the date the report was filed.
currency_symbol- self-explanatory, the currency of the figures of the report.
researchDevelopment- R&D expenses.
effectOfAccountingCharges- charges that include items such as depreciation, amortization, bad debt, and other expenses that are associated with the normal operations of a business.
incomeBeforeTax- self-explanatory. incomeBeforeTax = operatingIncome – nonOperatingIncomeNetOther.
minorityInterest- a minority interest refers to a stake in a company that is otherwise controlled by a parent company. On the income statement, minority interest is recorded as a share of the minority shareholders' profit.
netIncome- self-explanatory. netIncome = incomeBeforeTax – incomeTaxExpense – minorityInterest OR netIncome = operatingIncome – interestExpense – incomeTaxExpense OR netIncome = operatingIncome – incomeTaxExpense, depending on how it was reported.
sellingGeneralAdministrative- selling, general, and administrative expenses (SG&A) – all general and administrative expenses (G&A) as well as the direct and indirect selling expenses of a business.
sellingAndMarketingExpenses- may be a component of sellingGeneralAdministrative, not reported in that case; or a field of its own, reported separately.
grossProfit- self-explanatory: the gross profit. grossProfit = totalRevenue – costOfRevenue.
reconciledDepreciation- same as depreciationAndAmortization for US tickers.
ebit- ebit = totalRevenue – costOfRevenue – totalOperatingExpenses. In most cases this should be the same as operatingIncome, if the companies report it as such. In other cases, it may be operatingIncome + netInterestIncome + totalOtherIncomeExpenseNet.
ebitda- earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization; ebit + depreciationAndAmortization.
depreciationAndAmortization- depreciation and amortization, same as reconciledDepreciation for US tickers.
nonOperatingIncomeNetOther- income (loss) not attributable to operating income.
operatingIncome- self-explanatory. operatingIncome = totalRevenue – totalOperatingExpenses OR operatingIncome = totalRevenue – totalOperatingExpenses – costOfRevenue, depending on how it was reported. In most cases this should be the same as ebit.
otherOperatingExpenses- the total expenses / cost and expenses field.
interestExpense- the cost incurred by an entity for borrowed funds.
taxProvision- the reporting period's total income tax expense.
interestIncome- income incurred from interest-related operations, a banking sphere field.
netInterestIncome- net interest income incurred from interest-related operations, a banking sphere field.
